We walked around the grounds of Firle Place too. Regular campers will not be offended by the outside loo. And anyone good with a match can light the stove and make the hut lovely and warm in minutes. Peter is in the vicarage just over the field and he and his helpers are very welcoming. It's a couple of hours drive from central London but a world away. Thank you. The hut is even more delightful in real life! The photos don't seem to capture it fully. I fell in love with it a little bit.

I went to stay only own for some peace and quite and I certainly found it. The view out the window is astonishingly beautiful, the hut had everything you might need and is well insulted and warmer than other similar places Ive stayed. It was easy to be there, very quick to feel at home and was Tranquil. Peter was very welcoming and made me feel at ease quickly.

Fire is one of the most beautiful villages in the south east in my opinion and the cycle from Lewes though Glynde to file is so beautiful, I highly recommend it! There are fantastic walks around Firle Beacon with degree views sweeping from the sea, over Brighton, and out over the South Downs. Its one of my favourite places in the UK. I can't speak highly enough of the hut, the host or the place!

I will certainly be back in the new future! Its also fantastic value for money! Thank you Peter for a great stay; it is a lovely characterful shepherds hut, very peaceful with horses to watch in the next field as well. Peter, our host, was really helpful and gave us advice on the best walks to do in the area. Being city folk it was such a treat to wake up to bird song! A beautiful location and the shepherd's hut is unique and with great character, with plenty of space.

Above and beyond with excellent extra touches and the facilities provided are top notch. This was my first time using Air BnB and I can safely say that if every place is like this one we will be using it much more often! From little things like having a map and routes all planned out for walks and days out to the lovely welcome hamper found inside the apartment, everything has been thought out and planned and all the little finishing touches in the apartment make for a wonderful stay!

The facilities were fantastic and always available for use whenever we wanted. We wanted for nothing on our stay and everything that you could possibly need you could find inside the apartment. Everything was sparkling clean and could find no faults at all with the place. We can safely say we will definitely be returning to this lovely place.

Such a beautiful place, everything was perfect. The pool, hot tub and gardens made it. Would highly recommend and would love to return in the summer. Thank you to you both for a lovely stay. Such a wonderful relaxing stay, such clean and stylish little place and loved the use of the spa and pool.

Great local tips and we had some lovely walks and meals out. We will be back. The flat was lovely it had everything we needed and more! It was clean, spacious and homely. It was so peaceful and the pool and hot tub was a perfect way to start and end the day! Chris was so helpful and really welcoming. Thank you! Amazing place! So many little touches like the fruit, and fresh flowers left for us.

Made us feel very at home, and the spa definitely makes it even more amazing! Would definitely recommend. The sea view flat is a MUST stay for anyone looking for a local yet out of this world short getaway.

Clean, exquisite and thoughtfully equipped describes the flat in a nutshell, with beautiful views, amazing spa facilities and loads of local intel for a great pub meal, scenic beach walk or just a chilled day out. Felt ultra welcome and so at home, we will be back! Beautiful cabin and a fantastic welcome. Perfect for a relaxing stay in the countryside but with all the amenities of a modern flat.

The area is great for walking and has lovely local pubs. Peter is a perfect host and really works to make your stay special. This is an absolutely perfect place to stay.

We spent a cold winter weekend here and were very happy with the log burner which made it incredibly warm and cosy. The view from the cabin on to open fields is beautiful too and the whole cabin has been really lovingly decorated with lots of nice little touches. It had everything we needed for a weekend, and Peter is a a fantastic host. Nothing was too much trouble for him Great place, definitely recommend to anyone looking for some peace and quiet, as well as options to explore Rye, Hastings and Winchelsea.

Lovely peaceful spot with the sounds of wildlife and nature on your door step, watch the rabbits running around of an evening and enjoy the local walks and beautiful country side. Cosy little cabin in beautiful surroundings. We left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Would definitely love to return in the Summer. Had a great and amazing time. This is our second time here. Love the place. And Peter is an amazing host. Sure we'll be back again.

The views from the cabin are absolutely beautiful! Thank you Peter and Karen. It's sold as a romantic cabin fort, but it also makes a great hideaway for one! I was doing a workshop at the Intuitive Horse centre just around the corner and it couldn't have been more perfect.

Almost wish it had been colder to make better use of the log burner :. Would totally stay here again xx. This cabin was everything we could have hoped for and more! The space is perfect for two people wanting to get away and enjoy the beautiful country side. Peter is a one of a kind host. Nothing more we could have asked for except a longer stay! We had a great stay! Beautiful views, great location and brilliant accommodation-so cosy! We would definitely recommend! Extremely peaceful location and the cottage was cosy and comfortable and the view from the lounge was lovely.

The private swimming pool for us made our stay perfect and very relaxing. Thank you Peter and Karen for your hospitality. Would definately recommend. What a truly lovely place warm very clean stunning location pool an jacuzzi so warm an very inviting.

Amazing experience. Warm welcome and great hospitality. Excellent facilities. The perfect getaway to escape from the city for a few days to rest and reset. We look forward to booking again in the future. A truly beautiful place. Rueral and spectacular. Peter and Karen are lovely people and really welcoming. The pools are lovely, and kept at a reasonable temperature all year round.

You can expect warm hospitality and wondeful accommodation at this gem of a place near Rye. We stayed at Blackthorne Cottage which has a lounge and kitchen area, a nice size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. It's tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a quiet break away. We found Peter the hoast to be very helpful and welcoming and easy to communicate with prior to the trip. There's also a hot tub and pool to use! We'll definitely be coming back. Outstanding accomodation in one of my favourite spots in the south east of England.

A place to relax and enjoy nature. Peter was very helpful and made us feel at home. Will definitely repeat. Beautiful and secluded little getaway. Had everything we needed for our overnight stop and Johnny was on-hand on the text to sort anything out we were looking for.

Our puppy was very comfortable and separate! Had a superb stay, very memorable! Me, my partner and dog stayed in rye for a 1 night stop at the hideout. Very exclusive, picturesque and something a little bit different. The views, fire pit and novelty sleeping layout was so much fun!

We were extremely lucky with the weather but the view from the hut on arrival was spectacular. We sat out watching the sheep and chilling with a gorgeous bottle of wine and then when the sun set we lit the fire-pit and relaxed to engage in the magical natural surroundings.

The location is also fab for sightseeing with Rye close by and camber sands are only 15mins away. Only note of warning; one needs to be quite agile to access the cost bedroom, so probably not suited for people with mobility issues. Amazing stay at the hideout. So private and peaceful. The Hideout is a beautiful hut with an amazing view. Everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Exceeded expectations idyllic Hut in the woods with spectacular countryside and even sea views.

Great location fifteen minutes drive from Camber Sands! Johnny the host was super accommodating, very Swift in communication and is a master caravan conversion craftsman.

We will be coming back until Johnny builds us our own Hideaway of equal beauty! The AirBnB was honestly the greatest place I have ever stayed! So clean, so tidy and the bed was so comfortable! Great for walking, pet friendly and within driving distance of everything! Cannot compliment this place enough! What a great stay that was; Chris and Erick are welcoming and they have done a tiptop job here, lovely place.

The reviews below are just as our impressions, will definitely be returning. This was the most wonderful accommodation and break we have had for a long time. It exceeded my expectations. The gardens are amazing. The accomodation is a delight, cosy and comfy and home from home. No money has been spared even to the cutlery, and essentials. Everything you will need is there.

The bed is like sleeping on clouds. The shower is powerful. The lounge is cosy and comfy. The kitchen is just perfect with everything you need. The private garden is just beautifully lit during the evening with your own conservatory. We had privacy during our stay and Eric on hand if we needed. We felt we were away for a week instead of over night. Relaxed, fun and utterly fantastic. Wish we stayed longer but Chris and Eric let us stay the second day to enjoy those few extra hours.

We didn't want to leave. I can't explain the abundance of such delightful flowers surrounding every inch of the gardens. The accommodation was top notch. The jacuzzi and pool! Well incredibly fantastic especially during the evening. Even the gym shower room surprised us with a power shower disco light.

The pool area is just utterly fantastic. With everything to keep the kids amused and I even fell asleep for an hour on the flamingo floating in the water.

The pool and hot tub in the evening is just wonderful. Lit up gives a romantic feel to the place. Can't wait to come back just us adults and enjoy it even more. We have never been so relaxed even with having the children with us they were kept busy with the pool and jacuzzi as well. Thank you Eric and thank you Chris for making such a beautiful place and can't wait to get booked up again. Best cottage we have staid in. Very high standard and real attention to detail.

We were in need of a good rest an relaxing time and we certainly had this here. Everything is awesome. We spent three days at the Christmas. Chris and his family are very friendly and helpful. The most amazing part is the facilities; you could basically find anything you want, including indoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, large-screen tv, and well equipped kitchen.

Also the area is beautiful. We would definitely choose Badgers Den next time when we want to have another holiday around that area. Good choice! It was the perfect place to relax with the family.

Many thanks to Chris our host for his warm welcome. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with so many thoughtful touches. The rooms were stylish and spotless. And what beautiful gardens! It was lovely having a pool and a hot tub, as well as the seaside and so many things to do on the doorstep.

We hope to return again one day! We were totally blown away the minute we walked in the flat. The floor to ceiling windows flood the flat with light and Brighton light has a quality all it's own! From the balcony you can see the glittering sea, or watch the mists roll in early in the morning. It is less than a 5 minute stroll to Madeira lift where you can be escorted down to sea level in the restored lift, or you can stroll along and down the steps to Madeira Terrace.

Or you could wander down St George's then St James's Street via numerous cafes, coffee shops and an eclectic mix of colourful shops on the way to town. We were so comfortable and felt at home in Vikki's contemporary vintage style flat. We are no strangers to Brighton but have finally found somewhere that suits us perfectly. Thank you Vikki, you looked after us well and, to pinch a rather famous quote, 'I'll be back!

Vikki's place was perfect. Beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. Vikki was really helpful in all the details leading up to our stay - check in and timings etc. Which I really appreciated. Thank you very much for a lovely weekend stay. Clean, everything you'd need for anywhere between one night to a week, and on point aesthetic. Vikki was an excellent host. She communicated all the details of the flat before we arrived and was immediately responsive if we had any questions. The flat is in a great location with the English Channel right down the street and plenty of great coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby.

One of our best airbnb stays ever! A very stylish flat, nicely done up and in a very beautiful old building. You can walk straight down to the sea where there's a little train that can take you up to the pier.

We stayed for two nights to see Elton John for my mum's birthday. Very happy with our choice, lots of cafes nearby for breakfast etc. We would definitely stay there again.

The flat is truly amazing and everything was perfect: the light, the view from the balcony, the tasteful decoration of the place, the Crosley vinyl turntable, the board games, the location, the bed… In few words, home away from home!

Vikki is a welcoming, friendly and helpful host. We arrived super late due to flight delays and she was really accomodating and understanding. Gary's room was perfect. Gary is very organized and the flat is very clean. Thank you Gary, we really enjoyed our stay!! What a Great place to stay. So close to Brighton town within easy walking distance of everything, Pier, Marina and of course the famous Lanes.

Great accomodation and a light breakfast provided. Very comfy bed and Gary was there to meet us as arranged and was very helpful providing info on local coffee shops and restaurants even though we only stayed one night. Take note of Gary's recommendations for parking on the main road.

Stay at Gary's place. You won't be dissapointed. Gary is amazing! He helped us with parking, restaurant recommendations and everything. The room is lovely and is wonderfully decorated with gorgeous retro posters and photos.

Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The flat is within easy walking distance of the centre of Brighton and the local area has plenty of shops, restaurants an bars. Last but certainly not least Gary provides a truly amazing breakfast with croissants, fresh local bread, cereals, yoghurts, jams, milk, orange juice, coffee and tea, what more could you need.

Definitely a place to return to. Thanks Gary for all your help, we really appreciated it. Debbie and Andy. Gary was a fantastic host! Helpful and more than happy to help and give advice of things to do in the area.

Fully recommend. Everything is fine, the situation, the flat, the host, the breakfast, the city I simply enjoyed my stay in Brighton at Gary's very much. Gary's room was clean, well situated and very well equipped. Everything we needed was in the room and the bathroom, being next door meant that our stay was completely private, without the awkwardness of sharing with your host.

Gary was a very welcoming and friendly host whom my girlfriend and I enjoyed chatting too. Gary was very welcoming and made us feel right at home.

He gave us great suggestions on where to go and what to do. He was very friendly and helpful. The room was very cosy and clean, very well decorated. The room also came with everything we would need to make ourselves breakfast, tea or coffee. The place was very close to the beach in a nice part of town, not too far away to walk into town. Beautiful location with great pubs and walks. Treetops was lovely and relaxing and great for a cosy winter break - we will be back in the summer to see the beautiful balcony in the sunshine!

Enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay at the Treetop house set in beautiful countryside. Sam is a lovely host and was very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was clean and tidy and had everything you could need for a little break away. Lots of lovely little countryside villages closeby with seaside towns just minutes away, for the best of both worlds.

Will definitely visit again, hopefully in the summer next time to enjoy the views more from the balcony outside. Thanks again Sam x. We had a wonderful stay at the Treetops. Sam is the loveliest of hosts, makes you feel like part of the family. My parents came and babysat for my partner and I while we were at a wedding around the corner and Sam was kind enough to invite them down to join her family for a bbq in the garden - thank you again for a lovely stay.

Treetops is an idyllic romantic hideaway where you can escape the rest of the world. Small things like the salt lamp and guitar made it homely, whilst the ability to sit on the balcony stargazing at night was wonderful. The location is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful countryside walks and lots of historic sites. Sam is a great hostess, providing us with everything that we needed and being welcoming from the outset. We can't recommend this enough, you won't regret it!

Such a beautiful part of the UK and the treehouse was lovely. Opening the blinds each morning to a stunning view of the valley was amazing. The bed was so comfortable it inspired us to shop for a new one on the way home! Would recommend anyone I know to stay here, so much to do but also very relaxing if you want to stay indoors. Thanks for your hospitality Sam! A beautiful little hideaway - with everything we needed for a break from the daily grind.

Enjoyed drinks on the balcony before we made dinner and relaxed. Great area too with amazing views. Sam was an excellent host and was very accommodating. The treehouse was very comfortable and clean.

I'd also like to note, one of the best showers I've ever used. Thanks for a very pleasant stay! Our Host Sam was lovely and welcoming from the off told us if there was anything we needed we only needed to ask. Me and my partner really enjoyed our time here. Treetops is very cosy. We had a very chilled time here, we was lucky with the weather and ate most meals on the huge balcony which overlooks lots of fields. The kitchen is very well equipped we cooked here alot apart from one evening we went to the local Indian which was lovely and is around 10 mins walk.

Very blissful few days we shall return. Would highly recommend to couples. Fantastic get away. The view from the flat is amazing and the flat is well equipped for a comfortable stay. David was great communicating with me from the beginning and was very flexible with our check-in time, which we appreciated. The flat is stylish and has everything you could need. It's situated in a great location with stunning views. We booked last minute for a few days away after our wedding and the communication was fantastic and very fast!

Clare even set up a travel cot for one of our twins, meaning we only had to pack one, which was really helpful. The studio is a great location for walks and heading into the local village, where we had a lovely lunch.

We felt very welcome and really didn't want to head back to reality Thank you Clare and Dom! Our stay was incredible! We loved being in this quiet and relaxing place. A real treat made extra special by very hospitable hosts.

Don't have a bad word to say, very thankful we could stay here. Really beautiful place that is remote and quiet. Highly recommended as complete with pretty much everything you would need including a small kitchenette, first aid etc.

Very quick communication. Lovely studio barn with great amenities and really clean. Really nice hosts made us all feel very welcome. Would love to stay again! Excellent place, lovely and clean, comfy bed and great outdoor space. Nice to have tea and coffee making equipment as well fresh milk in the fridge!

Quick to respond to any and all queries. Thanks for the lovely stay! Lovely place to stay in the countryside, plenty of room for a family. The hosts were very nice and offered help and advice for the local area. Easy walk to Buxted high Street, we saw a couple of deers on the way back! Clare and Dominic are the most lovely hosts, bought a fire pit especially after us asking if they owned one with plenty of wood and outdoor seating, also allowed us to check in early when asked!!

Tea, coffee and milk provided, mini fridge, toaster, micro wave, huge bed, tv with Netflix and an incredible shower! Lovely local walks nearby, and easy 10 min walk to local pubs! Got to say they cockapoo puppy made our stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the barn. The accommodation is beautifully furnished with plenty of space but still cosy two comfy settees and a perfect setting for chilling out. Everything you needed and more - loved the old vinyl records and two very well behaved dogs. Alli made us feel very welcome and provided a very tasty welcome basket. Beautiful setting and plenty of places to visit in the area.

Hope to stay here again in the future. What an amazing time we had in Alli's barn. A sophisticated, relaxing location for those looking for a rural retreat, but also a great base to enjoy all the historic sights of interest and natural beauty this part of the UK has to offer.

I would highly recommend Alli's place! Such a beautiful place to stay. Fabulous location and near to some fab pubs to eat, not that you need to eat out as the barn has a fully equipped kitchen. Very comfy bed, fabulous bathroom and alli has thought of everything. I really enjoyed my stay in the Barn.

It was such a lovely experience in all respects. Alli and Andy are very friendly and thoughtful. Fantastic place for views, tranquility and relaxation! Excellent hospitality. Would definitely recommend!!! This beautiful, cosy converted barn set in a rural, quiet country village is perfect for a relaxing weekend away from it all. Complimentary organic breakfast was also supplied with freshly laid eggs from Alli's hens and homemade granola which was also a lovely touch!

The bed was super comfy, the shower was fab and the barn was sparkling clean. Both Alli and Andy were always on hand at the drop of a message to offer us local recommendations or anything else we required. We recommend you have a car if staying at the lodge as a walk into Wadhurst is around 45mins down un-lit country lanes. There's not loads to do in Wadhurst but there are a few nice local pubs, a lovely butchers and convenience store so we recommend the barn if you're looking to spend the weekend in and make the most of the lodge.

We stayed in Saturday night, cooked lovely steaks from the local butchers and enjoyed a cheeseboard by the fire whilst playing Monopoly and watching a film. Thanks again for a lovely weekend Alli. We have already forwarded on the link to people who saw our photos on Instagram and were wowed by your unique accommodation.

This is a lovely space a little bit away from the business of central Brighton. Gayle was very quick to respond to all queries and messages. A beautifully decorated and warm place to stay, perfect for a weekend in Brighton. You could easily stay there for most of the time if you are looking for a place to chill. Guests should note that the appartment is below ground, so the entrance is to the left and downstairs of the front door of house number 52 when you arrive.

Great place to stay in a lovely neighbourhood only a short bus journey from the centre of Brighton. Everything was just what we needed to enjoy a lovely weekend to ourselves.

Gayle made herself available if we needed anything but we also felt we had privacy at the same time. Gorgeous layout with no problems.

Lovely cosy apartment close to transport to get into the city centre - 15 minutes at most on the bus! Apartment was clean, nicely decorated and had most of the essential amineties you would expect. However, you can hear literally everything happening in the living room that's directly above your living space - walking, talking, tv etc.

It was quite loud. Communication with hosts was good although we didn't see them in person. Overall a good stay. Lovely stay in Brighton over a sunny weekend. Easy key hand over! We also had bread, eggs and orange juice waiting for us! The shower did not work when we arrived which caused quite an inconvenience however we called Marcus on the Friday evening and communication was excellent! Warm and comfy, nice bed linens and a decent shower; everything very well presented.

My daughter and I were very happy here! Lovely little place to visit. Very clean and fresh. Lots of details on local amenities. Would stay again. We had a wonderful time. The space was delightful and the garden with table tennis was fab!

It was all sparkling clean and cosy, a real treat to come back to at the end of each day. Heleen was really friendly and made us feel so welcome. Thanks for a lovely stay. Stayed here whilst visiting family in Hove. Thanks Heleen. Perfect stay in every way possible.

Heleen kindly left fresh milk and butter and other goodies too. Communication perfect , spotless inside the Cosy Cabin. Met both Heleen and family and all lovely. Would highly recommend to anybody thinking of staying here.

Thank you so much Heleen Jason and Elaine. Great accomodation with thoughtful touches. Great host who gives you plenty of space but is there if you need anything. A lovely welcome from the host. A clean, private annex which was good value for money and ideal for a weekend away. Such a fantastic find. The host Catherine and her husband Robert were lovely, kind, and very attentive. A lovely studio annex with gorgeous surroundings in a beautiful countryside location less than 10 minutes from East Grinstead was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of our hectic lives.

We were made to feel very welcome and at home. Very fortunate with the weather and had full use of the hosts beautiful peaceful garden, drinking and eating outside on the many outside benches and wooden chairs dotted around the garden.

Lovely setting for Al fresco dining in the evening, drinks outside, and a picnic overlooking the countryside during the afternoon. We enjoyed watching the Moorhen family on the pond, and meeting the horse, not forgetting to mention the hosts cute little dog. We stayed four nights and cooked dinner each night in the little compact kitchen. The annex also had plenty of storage space, comfortable beds, and a lovely wet room with large shower.

A fantastic place to stay near to lots of attractions and in the midst of beautiful countryside which is perfect if you want to get away. Catherine and her family are so walm and welcoming but the annex still provides privacy. It is a lovely setting with the pond and so much greenery. The property itself has all you can need for a break including WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen all to a high standard.

We would definitely come back again! Catherine was so flexible and helpful when we had a car-related nightmare arriving much later than expected. She was a friendly and welcoming host and the place is really rather lovely. Thanks again! Fabulous cottage with lots of character! Clean and very comfy indeed. Walkable distance to the beautiful village too which is handy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Helen was very helpful too!

Our hosts were kind enough to stock the fridge with a welcome package too. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this quaint charming little place. It far surpassed my expectations - thanks for having us! Great place for couples. Very good facilities, clean and comfortable. Steep stair between bedroom and bathroom.

Lovely cosy cottage with clean comfortable beds with good quality linen and towels - well equipped. The parking is only suitable for a medium size car. The cottage is situated at the start of a short one way system at the fork on the road - had real trouble finding it at night in the dark. Be sure to arrive in day light. Cosy Point Cottage is exactly that! Such a cosy little place.

It was ideal to use as a little weekend escape from London. Such a lovely little welcome pack to feast on when we arrived - such a nice touch! Just watch the low doorways! I loved this little hut- leaving was a real struggle. The hut was spotless and comfortable and the views are stunning.

Camber and Rye are a stones throw away too, if you can drag yourself away from this tranquil spot. Nice one, Johnny.

We felt at home straight away and Jonny was at hand to help with any questions about the area, resturants etc and went out of his way to give us a lovely experience! This is a brilliant place to stay very quirky, peaceful and quiet loved sitting around the fire pit in the evening and having a bbq, beers and wine.

Hearing the sheep bleating away was just lovely. I would recommend anyone if they want a trip away like this to book this hut. Absolutely love it there. Beautiful location, everything you could need.

Just glorious. We had such a great stay in The Hut and would recommend it to anyone. Peaceful and secluded - a great antidote to a busy life. Very special accommodation set in its own Wood. Cut short a few day trips put just to get back! Ultra modern basement apartment, We needed to contact Charlie on arrival, he answered within I minute.

Outdoor area by bathroom for smokers? But no table or chairs.! Excellent communication also. We stayed at their other apartment 21 last year.. Many thanks to you both. An amazing space in an amazing location in Brighton. Perfect location only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Brighton, a lovely little 1 bed apartment ideal for a young couple on a mini break!

Lovely, clean, modern and cost apartment! Would recommend. Great location. And amazing contact from the host about a few extra things, very helpful indeed. Space is stylish and neat. Within walking distance to great restaurants, pubs and pier. Communication with Charlie was clear and prompt.

Charlie was easy to communicate with and responsive with a small problem. It is an easy walk to the water front or shops. We were lucky to get a park out front for which Charlie arranged a parking permit. If you are the kind of person that likes to sit on a chair at a table to eat, then this unit may not suit you as there is just the lounge.

Had a great one nights stay at the flat with my boyfriend when we visited for a gig. Great price, private, and lots of thoughtful bits like coffee and biscuits, also great comms! Hope to return when we visit again! I booked the room for one night as part of a spa weekend with my girlfriend. Tess was a great host, giving us plenty of useful tips and tricks to get around Hastings!

The space was amazing with plenty of room, great amenities and was all very clean. The small touches included throughout made our stay part of our great weekend. The location is ideal and I would definitely stay here again. A very spacious self contained flat with a well equipped kitchen. It is on a lovely quiet road but not too far from the centre of Hastings. Due to a delays with our train we arrived late but had no problem getting in to the flat. Simple and easy check-in and Tess was only a message away, making sure our stay was going well.

The Tea and coffee, fresh milk and fruit in the kitchen was a lovely touch as we didn't have time to do any shopping. Loved our stay here! Only a min walk from the coast and next to a lovely common. The streets are so pretty with big houses, kind of reminded us of San Fran : The flat itself is beautiful, the styling and extra touches are gorgeous. Lots of space for two people, clean big lovely kitchen, massive bedroom and big shower with bath!

Great value for money, if you're wondering whether to stay here or not, just book it :. Had a pleasant time staying at Miles and Tess's place. Tess was very welcoming and accommodating throughout; welcoming both myself and my partner at check-in and showing us around.

We were left breakfast and hot beverage options with fresh milk in the fridge and fresh fruit on the table on arrival which was sweet. The rooms themselves were comfortable.

As we happened to arrive on days that were cold and rainy middle of June typical British weather , once the heating was on the whole place warmed up pretty quick. The shower pressure was fine and toiletries provided if you forgot your own. Tess was also kind enough to send me a list of her favourite places to eat Hanoushka Coffee House was an Instagramer's dream. Everything is short walking distance away including the city centre and the beach. We had a lovely time in Hastings, thankyou for your hospitality Tess..

Tess and Miles have setup a lovely, clean and spacious unit that enjoys the morning sun. The bedroom face the street, but it is extremely quiet and well decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a great shower over a full bath. It is a short stroll downhill to the seaside and Hastings proper.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The loft room was even cooler than the pictures show. I loved the huge sliding glass door that gave us a view of the twinkling lights of the city. I stayed in 'the loft' room which was very comfortable with nice views.. We've been doing AirBnB for a few years now, both as hosts and guests, and this has been one of our favourite stays. Th whole stay was seamless and full of lovely surprises.

The house is immaculate, both in cleanliness and design. Every detail has been thought of to make you feel at home and extremely comfortable. The room itself has everything you need including a hairdryer - I stupidly brought one , even down to coffee, tea, milk, glasses and snacks etc. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept like babies. Breakfast appeared outside of out room in the morning, warm and delicious and there was delightful muesli in the room.

The walk takes you past several parks etc and is a great stroll. All in all - we shall be back. It was wonderful. What a fabulous find! This flat was a little oasis in a quiet neighborhood very centrally situated to walk to town. I would stay here every tome I come to Brighton if I'm lucky enough to find it available. Highly recommended!!

The team at Number34Brighton communicate quickly and efficiently through Airbnb app and email. Instructions were lengthy, informative and clear. Pip and Jo stayed in The Loft room which was clean, tidy and had a compact and bijou en-suite. There was a small standing-only balcony with sliding door and a velux window over the bed which created a wonderful funnel of air on one of the hottest days in July! Our room was relaxing and comfortable. For light sleepers beware of the clog-clad seagulls but I guess you would expect them in a seaside town.
